Cancellation Policy

I get it things happen! I do require a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment incase of you needing to cancel or reschedule; If you do not contacted me before or at the 48 hour timeframe, I charge a 30% for any cancellations or no-shows after the 48 hour mark. If you need to cancel or reschedule after the 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost is due prior to booking future appointments. No shows & same day cancellations are subject to 100% of the service price prior to booking future appointments. ~ This fee is not applied to the service total the day of appointment.
